Okay, maybe that title sounded a bit more scary than I intended. I was just wondering if this were possible:

In such a way as that the particles would not follow the camera, but stay in their wavering path within a set distance of staff.

P.S. another thing, is there a way to add a custom layer? Like to have two sets of particles, or grass in front of the characters, etc?
