I suggest some minor changes to the weapon timers.

Dynamite: 5 seconds, and don't let the player let it change. Why? Because you need some time to run away of course and 3 seconds are a bit too short.
Automatic bazooka: The default timer should be just 1 second. I tested it with this time and it is easier to me to handle this weapon. 3 seconds are just way too long. Your rocket is already in the deep sea after this long time ... :D
Cluzooka: also 1 second and fixed timer. Other times are just too long and the clusters will appear only if you shoot the rocket UP.

In XML, my suggestions read like this (one of the game_mode XML files of course ...):

Another thing I'd wish that the game could remember my last timer I used for the weapon. It is annoying that I have to adjust the time to my favourite time every time I want to use the weapon again.

I agree with these changes.
But that's just my opinion... and as it's a significant change (gameplay) I prefer wait more opinions ;)

If i can say.. i agree with these changes too, especially for the dynamite, 3 seconds are very few and you don't have the time to run far enough.. :nex

I changed the timeouts but not the "allow_change_timeout". I think it's better to allow the gamer to change it (for strategic maneuvers...)

i disagree with 1 seconde time for automatic bazooka. It must depends of power shoot, not time...

Okay, maybe its better to let the player choose timeout for the autobazooka. If he manages to make a good shot even with a 3 second timeout then congratulations. ;-)
