I fixed the hook / ninja rope animation.
Before the body was horizontal position (like it would fly) and sometime the face switched between looking up/-downwards.
Original:

Set body angle to 0:

Set <follow_speed="false" follow_direction="false":

IMO this animation looks better, what do you think?

It look like a better animation, you're right, i will try to take a look tonight and comit it.
I'm not really convinced about this modification... Anyelse try and tell us his advice?
I have tried, it's far from perfect but seems better that the current one.
With the current one, sometimes the character has its head at the bottom.

FYI, I only tweaked the body position, which was the most obvious animation flaw (IMHO).
To make this animation nicer I could think of:
1. The grapple is hold in both hands
2. an actual animation, like swinging (e.g. pending of the legs), which should refer to the pressing of the right/left key, but I don't know if and how this is possible.
