Ok, please be more descriptive next time. Those are icons to replace the official weapon bitmaps. Not sure how they affect network games, I don't recommend having them when online.

I agree with Kurosu, your messages are too light. I was wondering if it was spam or not.
If you change the size of the original image and the xml file, it may introduce some changes in the angle between the weapon "hole" and the crosshair, resulting in desync of the game.
